How do I order?

1. Shopping cart
Once you have found the items you want, you can add them to your shopping cart without obligation by clicking on the “Add to cart” button on the item page. You can change the number of items at any time via your “shopping cart”. By clicking on “CHECKOUT SECURE NOW” you will go to the next ordering step.

2. Checkout
If you already have a customer account, you can log in with your email address and password. Otherwise, you can register as a new customer by clicking “Create Account”. If you are already logged in, you can select the shipping method directly. As a new customer, you can go to the next ordering step by clicking on “Register”.

3. Select delivery address
In this step, enter your desired delivery address. Here you have the opportunity to register for our exciting newsletter to be the first to be informed about new products and offers. If you would like a different billing address, you can specify this. By clicking on “Continue to shipping method” you will go to the next ordering step.

4. Select shipping method
We send all packages with our logistics partner Swiss Post. The delivery time from our warehouse is 2-3 days. Shipping is free from 100 CHF and "Free Shipping" is automatically selected, otherwise the shipping costs are 9.00 CHF. By clicking on “Continue to payment method” you will go to the next ordering step.

5. Select payment method / enter billing address
Now select your preferred payment method and check your billing address again. You can choose from PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay as payment methods. By clicking on "Check order" you will receive an overview of your order and can check all details again before purchasing.

6. Complete the ordering process
Now check whether your information is correct. By clicking on “Buy Now” you send your order to us. You are hereby making a legally binding offer and we will send your package to you as quickly as possible.
